Kept is a mobile application that allows users to scan, identify, and catalog collectible items using AI-powered image analysis. The App provides estimated valuations, item identification, and collection management tools. Learn more at https://kept-collections.com.
All valuations provided by the App are AI-generated estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals. These estimates are not a substitute for professional insurance appraisals, estate valuations, or certified dealer assessments. Values may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any valuation. You should always consult a qualified professional for insurance, estate planning, or sale purposes.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to cataloging collectible items. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Thad Hull and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
All collection data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
The App uses Anthropic's Claude AI for item identification and analysis. Your use of the App is also subject to Anthropic's terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI IDENTIFICATIONS AND VALUATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED VALUATIONS FOR INSURANCE, SALE, OR ESTATE PURPOSES.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
