This Privacy Notice for Thad Hull, doing business as Kept — Curated Collections ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application (Kept — Curated Collections), or visit our website at https://kept-collections.com.
We collect minimal personal information. Our app processes photos you take of collectible items using your device camera. These photos are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) for analysis and identification purposes only. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers in the current version of the app.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services. Specifically:
Photos you take are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered identification and valuation of collectible items. Anthropic does not retain your photos or data after processing. All collection data (item details, photos, notes) is stored locally on your device using SQLite and is never transmitted to our servers.
AI Service Provider: Photos are shared with Anthropic (Claude API) solely for the purpose of identifying and analyzing collectible items. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not retain it after analysis.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Yes. Our app uses Anthropic's Claude AI for image analysis to identify collectible items, estimate values, and provide detailed information. Your photos are processed by this third-party AI service as described above.
How to Opt Out: You can opt out of AI processing by simply not using the scan feature of the app. All previously saved data remains stored locally on your device.
All collection data is stored locally on your device for as long as you choose to keep it. You can delete all data at any time using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. Photos sent for AI analysis are not retained by Anthropic after processing.
All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features. Photos sent to our AI provider are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our API communications are routed through a secure server-side proxy to protect service credentials.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at support@keptapp.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to delete everything.

If you are a resident of California or other US states with privacy laws, you have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal identifiers in the current version of the app. All data is stored locally on your device under your control.
